And, the best is that it is very easy to make. You don’t need anything special just a tennis ball, an elastic cord, a hat, a screwdriver to make a hole, and some tape.

In the beginning, it was not easy to use it all, though it seems to be. So first throw just jabs and crosses, and as you get familiar with it, you can add other punches and easy combos as well. Also, increase the intensity and move around. This way this DIY boxing that will provide you efficient workouts for the long run.

By the way, you can also tweak your training by lengthening or shortening the cord. The shorter it is, the faster it will be.
